SMS Messaging
By texting our phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Kudos containing personalized nutrition guidance and coaching responses. Message frequency varies based on your usage — we only respond to messages you initiate. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Text HELP for assistance.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your personal information or mobile opt-in data to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your data is used exclusively to power your Kudos coaching experience. We may share data with service providers (such as our SMS delivery partner and AI processing partner) strictly as needed to operate the service, and these providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We retain your profile and conversation history for as long as your account is active to provide continuity in your coaching experience. You can request deletion of your data at any time by texting "DELETE MY DATA" or emailing us.
