SMS Messaging

By texting our phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from kudos containing personalized nutrition guidance. Message frequency varies based on your usage — we only respond to messages you initiate. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your personal information or mobile opt-in data to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Your data is used exclusively to power your kudos coaching experience.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We retain your profile and conversation history for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by texting "DELETE MY DATA" or emailing us.
